24 hour race series sponsored by Hankook Tires kicked off its 2024 season with The 12 hours of Kuwait.  The event was held on December 6-9 2023.  It is the 1^st race of a 3 races series for the Middle East Trophy, which includes 6 hours of Abu Dhabi and 24 hours of Dubai.  Teams spent 2 days Preparing and testing before qualifying on the December 8^th and competing on the 9^th.  This years field consisted of 13 teams in multiple classes including GT3, GTX, 992.  CP Racing team in the Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO took overall pole position in qualifying and was able to hold off  all contenders to win the race.  The real excitement happened in the battle for 2^nd place, Century motorsports in the multicolored BMW M4 GT3 who initially challenged CP Racing for 1^st place was surprisingly overtaken by Porsche 911 GT3 R from Manamauri Energy during the last moments of the race.
