DC Drift Competition Pattaya 2019

Round three of Thailand’s 2019 DC drift competition was held in Pattaya on August 10 & 11. Over thirty five racers from more than five different countries participated in the two day event. Drivers competed in four classes, class A, class B, class C, and open class. DC drift competition employs a two round system, one qualifying round and one battle round. Highest qualifying scores go to the battle round and the top four drivers from each class podium. During the event a few drivers raced in unique rides including a VW bug and Honda HR-V by TRI-ACE drift team, both having 2JZ engines. Drive to drift school also brought out their V8 Honda Civic EG for a demo and ride along. Despite heavy rain on the last day of competition racing continued until all classes battle rounds finished.
