Round 1 of the M Storm drift competition was held at Songkhla speedway in Hat Yai, Thailand on May 13th and 14th. Drifters were separated into classes A, B, C, and open. The event included drivers from Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Malaysia. Heavy rain made for interesting drifting, changing the competition significantly.
